Refund Policy

For cancellations made prior to the start of the second week of a class, parent can request to either...

• Be rescheduled into another class, or
• Receive a full refund from Kids in Tune

For no-shows payment is non-refundable. "No Shows" is defined as the parent/children do not show up on the date the class starts, and there was no prior communication from the parent to cancel or reschedule the class.
